We work collaboratively with planners, venues, and other vendors to create an inviting experience that supports the client’s vision and timeline. Services can stand alone or be combined into a coordinated package, from private preparation before the event to on-site instruction, guest participation, music, and dance-floor support during the celebration.
SERVICES AVAILABLE
On-Site Guest Dance Experience
Beginner-friendly instruction delivered during the party, including an accessible partner-dance lesson, line dance, or guided social dancing. It helps guests join in, feel successful, and keeps energy moving toward the dance floor.
Pre-Event Dance Preparation
Private or small-group coaching before an event for featured couples, hosts, family members, honorees, executives, or performers. Appropriate for weddings, galas, fundraisers, work parties, mitzvahs, birthdays, and other special moments.
Custom Choreography
Personalized choreography for entrances, first dances, featured presentations, group numbers, surprise performances, or themed entertainment.
Dance Hosts
Friendly, experienced dancers who invite participation, help guests feel comfortable, demonstrate dances, and keep the floor active.
DJ & Music Planning
Event music and dance-floor support, with a planning conversation to align the music with the client, audience, schedule, and overall atmosphere.
Additional Event Options

WHAT WE NEED TO PLAN WELL
To recommend the right format and provide an accurate proposal, it helps to know:
- Event date and venue
- Estimated guest count and event schedule
- Desired services
- Theme, dress code, and music preferences
- Available floor size and technical setup
- Budget range
- Accessibility or participation considerations
Staffing: Some packages can be delivered by a two-person team. Events combining dance leadership, DJ services, and a photo booth may benefit from a three-person or larger team so each part of the guest experience receives proper attention.
VENUE & VENDOR COORDINATION
We coordinate with the planner or venue on load-in, setup, sound check, timing, breaks, and breakdown. Dance activities require a suitable hard surface rather than carpet, access to electrical power, and adequate space for safe participation. Wi-Fi may be needed for certain services. For extended event coverage, please provide water, reasonable short breaks, and vendor meals when meals are being provided to other event vendors.
Liability-insurance documentation can be provided on request. We are happy to coordinate certificate-of-insurance requirements, vendor rules, and production timelines in advance.
SERVICE AREA
We serve the DMV area and generally consider events within approximately a two-hour drive of Baltimore. Travel time, parking, tolls, and lodging, when needed, are included clearly in the proposal.
